Where do I begin? A tiny house on the banks of the Breede River is home to Monks Distillery.
Although small in stature, this little gem is hiding some of the most excellent Gin’s I have tasted, ok, I am not a fundi of the drinking of Gin, and I have only had about five tastings. BUT, Monks Distillery has that something in their Gin that makes it flavourful and tasty. When you investigate what pairs with them, you begin to move on a never-ending drinking spree!
Trust me. The Gin from Monks Distillery is entertaining stuff. The more you have, the more you want. There is even one infused with CBD marijuana extract. I am not a user of the goods and did not know how it should taste like I know it was quite lekkah.
Minks Gin has different herbs that they use to distil the Gin they make, and they have worked out the exact amount to create the most awesome tastings. Yummy, I can do with a tasting now! I can recommend a visit at any time as they are super knowledgeable and very friendly.
